1. Services

We provide installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services for hot water tanks and tankless water heaters across Vancouver, Metro Vancouver, and the North Shore. Service availability may vary by location and building access.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Invoices

• Quotes are estimates based on information provided; final pricing may change after on-site assessment.
• Unless otherwise stated, quotes exclude unforeseen issues (e.g., code violations, hidden leaks, asbestos, electrical/gas upgrades).
• Taxes, permits, disposal fees, and specialty parts may be billed separately where applicable.
• Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Booking, Access & Rescheduling

• Please ensure a person 18+ is present during service and that there is safe, clear access to the work area.
• If we are unable to start or complete work due to access restrictions or unsafe conditions, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.
• To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
• Special-order parts or custom equipment may be non-refundable once ordered.

5. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as provided by the manufacturer’s terms.
• Our workmanship warranty covers our installation labour for a defined period stated on your invoice.
• Warranty is void if equipment is modified, misused, improperly maintained, or serviced by non-authorized parties.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your site, existing equipment, gas/electrical capacity, venting, and permits if applicable.
• Maintain the equipment per manufacturer guidelines (e.g., descaling/flushing for tankless units).
• Report any issues promptly to allow timely assessment.

7. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including lost profits, loss of use, or water damage from pre-existing conditions).
• We may refuse service where conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with code.

8. Permits & Code Compliance

• Some installations require permits, inspections, or upgrades (e.g., venting, gas line sizing, electrical circuits).
• Permit fees and inspection scheduling may be billed separately unless expressly included in writing.

9. Payments

• We accept standard payment methods listed on your invoice. Deposits may be required for equipment orders.
• Late payments may accrue interest or administrative fees as permitted by law.
